As a member of Bon Life's Referral only option you may not list property for sale, represent buyers on any transactions or perform any licensed real estate agent duties outside of being a licensed assistant and referral agent. If a member is found to be breaking any of the rules set forth their membership will be immediately discontinued and no refunds will be issued. You will receive a 1099 at the end of each fiscal year, no tax deductions will be made on your behalf and you are fully responsible for any and all tax liabilities.
